Equal Workplaces. Equal Decision Making Spaces. Equitable Economies

Why Equalise 360?

Inequality is not a glitch in the system. It is the system. And systems can be redesigned.

Despite progress, gender equality in the workplace and across supply chains remains fragmented and under-measured with gender gap that's proving challenging to close. Equalise 360 provides a systemic, evidence based, and interoperable toolkit for assessing, benchmarking, and accelerating gender equality within companies, supply chains and investment portfolios. It helps businesses, investors, regulators, and benchmarking institutions track meaningful action within and beyond compliance, and accelerate the shift toward equal workplaces, inclusive markets and equitable economies.

What is the Equalise 360

Scoring Progress. Signalling Commitment. Shaping Equitable Economies, one workplace at a time.

The Zouri Equalise 360 Framework is a comprehensive, evidence backed modular toolkit for assessing, benchmarking, measuring and accelerating gender equality within organisations, supply chains and investment portfolios. It enables both internal and external stakeholders of organisations to evaluate the status, progress, intent and effort undertaken by enterprises to build inclusive, gender responsive and equitable workplaces.

Equalise goes beyond token representation or one-off interventions. It captures structural shifts in policy, leadership, culture, systems, and resource allocation, recognising that systemic gender inequality is both an economic and governance failure.

Equalise 360

04

Equalise360 provides organisations with a structured methodology to identify what is failing, what must be redesigned, how progress can be measured, visualised and reported.

What is the Equalise Framework Architecture?

At the core of the Equalise 360 Framework lies a structured architecture built around three tiers of analysis: Pillars, Parameters, and Indicators. These tiers allow for a systematic, comparable, and scalable evaluation of how businesses are advancing gender equality within their workplaces and influencing broader economic equity. The Equalise 360 Framework is built as a modular, data-driven architecture that enables consistent assessment, meaningful comparison, and actionable insight into how businesses advance gender equality across diverse contexts. The framework comprises eight foundational pillars, each reflecting a core dimension of a gender-equal workplace and its impact on equitable economies. Within each pillar, clearly defined parameters and indicators provide measurable pathways for tracking status, progress, and effort.

Pillars

9 Pillars represent foundational domains through which gender equality manifests in an organisation (Leadership, Workforce, Value Chain)

Parameters

Sub-domains defining measurable commitments or practices. Translate strategic domains into operational components

Indicators

Specific metrics that allow for scoring based on evidence/data. Two types - status indicators and progress measurement indicators.

Scoring

Normalised across a -1 to 3 scale for individual indicators, then aggregated at the parameter and pillar level

Global Framework Tags

Aligning Equalise with globally accepted standards to make it interoperable, investor-relevant, and future-proof

Contextual Adoption

Operational dynamics (factories, gig work), workplaces (medical facilities, app-based workforces), lifecycles (startups, legacy firms)...
